Titus Mountain or Titus as it is colloquially known, is a popular downhill ski area on a foothill of 2,204 feet (672 m) Titusville Mountain, 7 miles (11 km) south of the Village of Malone, in the Town of Malone, in Franklin County, New York. The area has a base elevation of 990 feet (300 m), summit elevation of 1,560 feet (480 m) and a vertical drop of 570 feet (170 m). Titus is part of the Adirondack Mountains.
The future of the mountain is in question as the former general manager has been convicted for theft of power services.[1][2]
